Home Improvements in Chesterfield and the local area

Mike and Steve were absolutely amazing. Spoke to me when anything cropped up that wasn’t expected and discussed ways round the issue to make the project work. Nothing was too big a job for them and they were both happy and easy going to work with. Always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend them to do work for anyone.

We have had a new kitchen installed by Michael and his dad Steve. This included removing an internal wall, replastering the enlarged space, upgrading the electrics and plumbing, resiting radiators, fitting a new floor covering and redecorating the new room. They and connected workers they brought in were always pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Excellent work ,very clean tidied up each day . If we wanted anything done a little bit differently they were open to changes and little tweaks we required.Really pleased with the overall standard of work a few little glitches but at the end of the day sometimes mistakes can happen.

Mike and Steve have just completed our long awaited bathroom renovation. The process was smooth and efficient, from the quotes to the fitting nothing was too much trouble. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and would have no hesitation in recommending Buck Construction to our family and friends.

Mike and Steve organised removing the kitchen, removing a section of internal wall, then fitting the new kitchen and decorating. All work was done to a high standard, communication was effective and they were very flexible with start times when plans changed. All other tradesmen (electrician, plumber, builder, plasterer) were organised by Mike and Steve, meaning the whole process was very simple for us.

Hard to fault Mike and his Dad. Communication was responsive and detailed. Clear description of works and accommodated changes easily. Work carried to out to a really good standard. Friendly and flexible. Didn’t hesitate to sort out a small issue (manufacturer problem, not theirs) after the job was completed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would use again. Thank you!

Both Mike and his dad Steve went above and beyond with this job… they told me when they came across any issues prior to going ahead and doing what they thought particularly as there were cost implications. Both very easy to get on with and cleaned up as they went along. Would definitely recommend this company for any bathroom refit.
